Terms of service.
Last updated: 21 August 2026
These terms govern your use of cvgraph — the website at cvgraph.ai and the application at app.cvgraph.ai (together, “the service”), operated by Peritus slf., a company registered in Reykjavík, Iceland (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. What cvgraph is
cvgraph lets you represent your career as a graph of skills, roles, and related information, share it, compare it against job descriptions, and see measurements of how your work overlaps with current AI capability. Some outputs — including AI-exposure scores, JD-fit scores, and answers from the Ask feature — are generated by automated systems, including AI models.
2. Beta status
The service is offered as a public beta. Features may change, be added, or be withdrawn; occasional interruptions and defects are to be expected of a beta product. We will communicate material changes to paid features, but we do not promise that any particular feature will remain available in its current form.
3. Your account
You must provide accurate information when creating an account, keep your credentials confidential, and be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Your content
The career information you add to cvgraph remains yours. You grant us the licence needed to operate the service: to store, process, display, and — where you choose to share a graph — deliver your content to the people you share it with. We do not sell your content, and we do not use your personal career data to train AI models. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you publish through a shared graph, and for having the right to include any information that concerns others.
5. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service — including attempting to breach its security, scraping other users’ shared content at scale, misrepresenting your identity or career in a way designed to defraud, using the AI features to generate content unrelated to the service’s purpose, or reselling access without our agreement.
6. Plans, billing, and taxes
Free and paid plans are described on the pricing page. Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record: Paddle handles checkout, billing, applicable taxes (including EU VAT), invoices, and payment data — we never see your full payment details. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Prices may change; changes apply from your next renewal and we will notify you in advance.
7. Refunds and the 14-day right of withdrawal
All purchases are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our merchant of record; Paddle’s consumer terms apply to every transaction.
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you may cancel a new subscription within 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund. By starting a paid subscription you consent to immediate provision of the digital service; if you have made meaningful use of paid features during those 14 days, the refund may be reduced proportionately to the service already provided, in line with applicable consumer law.
To request a refund, reply to the receipt email you received from Paddle at the time of purchase, or email hello@cvgraph.ai. Beyond the 14-day consumer right, refunds are provided at Paddle’s discretion on a case-by-case basis. None of this affects your statutory rights where the service is not as described, faulty, or not fit for purpose. Cancelling a subscription outside the withdrawal window stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period already paid.
8. AI-generated outputs are information, not advice
Exposure scores, fit scores, and generated answers are estimates produced by automated systems from your data and third-party occupational research. They can be incomplete or wrong. They are not career, financial, or legal advice, and no employment or economic outcome is promised. Decisions you make based on the service are your own.
9. Availability and liability
The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or lost data beyond what mandatory law provides; our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for intent or gross negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.
10. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms, with notice where practicable. On deletion, your content is removed in accordance with our privacy notice; provisions that by nature survive (such as liability limits) survive termination.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. For material changes we will give at least 14 days’ notice by email or in-product message; continuing to use the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance. The “last updated” date above always reflects the current version.
12. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the law of Iceland, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. Disputes go to the courts of Reykjavík, Iceland, unless mandatory law provides otherwise. Questions about these terms: hello@cvgraph.ai.
